How do I unlock Premium?

Open the Settings tab and tap Unlock Premium, or tap any padlocked control on the metronome screen. Because the app is made for children, a "grown-ups only" multiplication question comes first. Answer it, then tap Unlock. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.

I bought Premium but it's locked

Settings → Restore Purchases (also on the Premium screen), using the same Apple ID that bought it. You'll need to answer the grown-ups question. If you're offline, connect and try again. If it still doesn't restore, email us with the date of purchase; do not buy it again.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I add or remove a kid?

With Premium unlocked, tap the pill at the bottom of the metronome screen (No kid selected or a kid's name) to pick, add or edit children. Open a kid's details to Edit or Delete them; deleting removes their stars and session history from the device.

Where is my kids' information kept?

Only on your device. We never receive it. See the privacy policy.

The beat sounds late or uneven

Close other audio apps, make sure the phone isn't in a call, and try again. If a phone call or alarm interrupts a session, the app waits and shows Tap to resume. If it keeps happening, email us your iPhone model and iOS version.
